I have always loved India’s cultural heritage. The various events of history have always made me curious. Travelling makes me feel complete. For this vacation I had planned to travel Gaya, Bihar since I had heard about the number of historical events in those places and that it actually has a rich ancient history. The train travel from Jaipur to Gaya junction by JU HWH Superfast was my best option as I had heard about its timeliness and comfort.
It was on a Monday when I boarded the train. The journey being long I had carried along few journals to study and my electronic tab gave me information about the places I had decided to visit.
Every time I get a chance, I set off for a travel. While on the train journey, I met this man who was on a trip to historical places in India. He had just finished his tour in Jaipur and was on
his way towards Gaya. Having a word with him gave me an idea that he was going to Gaya and many other places in the surroundings because they had beautiful temples and stories of the past to
From the information I had, a lot of pilgrims and tourists come to Gaya every year to find peace. It is a place filled with mostly temples with Bodh Gaya being the central hub for Buddhism. I had already had my dinner before boarding. The next day seemed effortless train travel and the comfort I was surrounded by made me feel good. I continued to go through the travel log. While reading it, I remembered a family of three including husband, wife and their son boarded from Mirzapur. I followed their conversation by which I came to know they were going to the same destination. I became friendly and initiated a conversation with them offering the last candy bar I had from my bag to their son.
They informed me that Gaya is one of the oldest cities in the country which excited me a lot. My train travel from Jaipur to Gaya junction by JU HWH Superfast was comfortable enough and gradually I reached my destination in the evening.
